Coffee Glazed Bacon and Scallop Skewers

Preparation time: 10 min. – Cooking time: 5 min – Portions: 4 Ingredients 2 lb scallops, cleaned and patted dry 8 slices of bacon, cut in thirds 2 Tbsp strong brewed coffee 1 Tbsp maple syrup salt and pepper If using wooden skewers, soak for 1hr. before using.
